Looking ahead to fiscal year 2025, Zoom management projected revenue of about $4.6 billion, representing revenue growth of 1.6%, in line with Wall Street expectations.
Cloud-based communications provider 8×8 launched a new offering called 8×8 Engage, designed to meet the needs of customer-facing employees who operate outside the traditional contact center environment.
