He highlights the unique challenge of managing a diverse range of fan needs within the stadium, requiring services from retail and security to emergency response.Analytics plays a crucial role, with the club collecting demographic data on fans and operational data on crowd movement to optimize staffing and flow within the stadium. Fielding acknowledges both excitement and apprehension regarding AI, seeing its potential for increasing efficiency in routine tasks and generating valuable insights from data through natural language queries. He mentions that the Premier League is actively exploring AI's capabilities to enhance fan engagement.Fielding also discusses the club's positive relationship with 8x8, transitioning to cloud-based telephony for increased flexibility for ticketing and hospitality staff.
